The weeks have flown by, and I am still in the land of "live free or die." It has been a whirl wind and I cannot believe how much I have come to love these kids. Miss Zo-bug is so adorable, she has the brightest blue eyes and the sweetest smile and squeal it just makes you have to smile, Mr. Ebster is very smart and has the look of a thinker on his face at all times, and Jacson has the cutest smile that warms your heart and a laugh that brings light to your life. These kids have become my favorite people and I love them so much!
So this is what we have done so far:
Gone to Montshire- The children's science museum
Gone to see glass-blowing (which is amazing)
And gone to Boston-A-mazing!
There has been a lot of other fun things in between all the major ones, but these are the most important ones...at least to me.
Montshire is not one of the best places in the world. I mean compared to Explora it is like a playground, but it has it's fun aspects and has a "blue man group" area which is pretty cool.
And Boston was amazing. I want to go back for sure! But just so you know...to get into The Boston Massacre site is $7.50...and most of the sites cost money to get into. Not what I was expecting. But the city if beautiful, kinda dirty but worth the dirt because it adds to the charm of the city. I loooooved Little Italy. It was one of the funnest places. I would love to do more shopping and just exploring of the city...next time...I will do a trolley tour, but on foot was really fun. Man I love historical places so much. But I have decided to make a list of places I want to visit and revisit that are state side. So far I have:
Boston
Philly
Denver
D.C.
New Orleans
Jersey
Florida
Nashville
San Antonio
San Fransisco
L.A.
Hawaii
and the list goes on and on.
But I have been so so blessed to have been around this family. I am certain I want kids of my own, just not right now. But I have learned so much from observing and from actually waking up with Jac-Jac, but I love this and I can't believe that I had the opportunity to be here.
Hugs and smiles!
Shelby Jane
